A spate of high-profile, brutal police killings have horrified Indian society, igniting a discussion about police brutality — and the uncomfortable relationship between society's tolerance for that violence and the issue of caste
@leggsdimnd @cnni That must mean that, either you are willing to torture or be tortured. Poetic justice does exist, you know? Don’t expect any sympathy if you come to the same end of the brutally assaulted by any police! You will have to endure the same “mercy” you are showing your fellow men.
@cnni In the second paragraph under "An Inherited System of Abuse," the author erroneously states that the "Red Corridor" is in "the west part of the country." This is incorrect; the Red Corridor is largely located within east-central India. Also, "Red Corridor" should be capitalized.
@cnni That’s the police force we need in Portland, Seattle & Minneapolis. Not sorry!
